About Me

On this site I will be going by the name Jay. That is not my real name but it is close enough. I may also refer to myself as SSgt Ricochet at times. That name comes from my job. My co-workers will understand it and that is all that is important. My real friends who know my name may or may not use that name. I prefer that they do not but if they do then no biggie, not like anyone can prove it haha.

I'm a Seeker kind of person. I'm kind and courteous and a great support to my friends. I am told I have a wonderfully warm energy that is an inspiration to others. A sensitive soul with an expressive nature, I tend to be quite a romantic at heart. Sometimes I love nothing more than escaping into my very own dreamworld which is in part why I am making this blog. Spontaneous new experiences can be really inspiring to me and I like exploring my creative side from time to time...

I love music! My life is definitely set to a soundtrack. The atmosphere and energy of a live gig makes me tick. There's just something amazing and uplifting about seeing a great musician play that you can't always get through a pair of speakers. I get a buzz from being as close to the action as I can.

More personally...I am big on family. My family means everything to me. If someone hurts me then so be it but if they hurt my family they better watch out. I am a lion when it comes to my children. Mess with one of them and I will rip your head off. They are my first priority in life. So far they are the only humans on this earth who have shown me true unconditional love. I have a Twelve year old boy. He is not mine by blood and his mother isnt around anymore. He is mine on paper basically which will be finalized in Sept. this year. He will usually be called Mattheu in this blog. My three year old, will be referred to as Mini Me for now.

I am a military man as well as an officer of the law. Even more reason for protecting my family. My Job means a lot to me as well. I have seen a lot and done a lot. Some of which I am proud of and some of which I am not, but I don't regret any of it. I have had a very difficult life but I am learning to cope with that. It may come out in my writings from time to time.
